Support for 60 frames is currently in development and will be dated in a future tech announcement…
Watch Dogs: Legion currently offers only 30 FPS with ray tracing on new consoles. Most likely, 60 FPS will be available in performance mode without ray tracing effects.
Last month Ubisoft has published a roadmap for the development of Watch Dogs: Legion. A lot of free and paid content is being prepared for the game.
