Games Workshop held a 30-minute presentation of Warhammer games – unfortunately, there were no powerful announcements.
Most of the time was devoted to cooperative Warhammer 40,000: Darktidedeveloped by the creators Warhammer: Vermintide from the studio Fatshark… The project is in many ways similar to the past work of the team, but adjusted for the futuristic setting.
Unfortunately, not much new information has been revealed about Darktide. The main announcement was written by Dan Abnett, best known for books in the universe like the Eisenhorn trilogy, the Ravenor cycle and the Horus Heresy books.
The video also showed the first gameplay footage – although there are not very many of them. The shooter will be released before the end of the year on Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC. Xbox Game Pass subscribers get it for free.
Presented The Silence and The Fury – final addition for Total War: Warhammer II… It will be released on July 14, will remake the mechanics of the beastman and add two new overlords: from the lizards will come Oxotlu, and from the beastmen – Tauroxu.
Not without a fresh trailer Total War: Warhammer III… It was dedicated to the Khornites, who “feed” on the blood of their opponents. The game will be released in the fall.
The goal remains the same – in the role of an elite squad of Gray Knights, you need to cleanse the world of Chaos.
The script was written by Aaron Dembski-Bowden, another writer who previously worked on books in the universe. Among the latter are novels based on The Horus Heresy, Helsrich, and so on. Bowden had previously spoken about the misadventures of the Gray Knights in The Emperor’s Gift.
The release is expected in 2023.

For Vermintide 2 presented another addition – Sister of the thorn… With him, Kerillian will have a new career with another set of skills, weapons, outfits, challenges and even replicas.
It is already available on PC and will reach consoles on June 30.
