Warface Review for Nintendo Switch

Special operations contain a huge amount of unique content that is not available in regular PvP battles. In addition to the obvious variety of blanks for shooting, in such missions you can find unique weapons and bosses, dynamically changing terrain, voiced dialogue and much more.

The passage of Special Operations is rewarded with in-game currency, achievements and other small bonuses, and completing tasks at high difficulty levels you can get themed camouflage for weapons.

Aiming control can be partially shifted to the console’s built-in gyroscopes, combining it with stick control, which makes it possible to increase firing accuracy. This is especially useful when playing with sniper rifles. The implementation of this control option turned out to be excellent – playing on the Nintendo Switch is significantly more convenient than on other consoles. Moreover, it works both in a portable format and in a stationary one using a pro-controller.

The player can customize the equipment of the classes presented in Warface at his discretion. Categories of primary weapons, additional weapons, melee and grenades contain dozens of different variations of objects that differ in both appearance and combat performance.

The same applies to character outfits – various body armor, gloves and boots have their own types of resistance to certain types of damage and passive bonuses that increase or decrease, for example, reload speed or the degree of return.

The weapon feels pretty good, especially if you make a discount on the age of the game. Given the high dynamics of the battles, implying a variety of replanting and tackling, complex patterns of recoil and scatter of shots, unfortunately, are not to be expected. Nevertheless, each type of weaponry is felt in its own way, giving a unique experience when playing for different classes.

You can purchase new elements of customization for both in-game and convertible real currency. The project is distributed according to the shareware model, however, an important factor is the lack of the need to purchase a pass Nintendo Switch Online.

When playing in portable mode, there may be problems with the perception of text in the menu and in-game lobby. The local font, although bright, is thin enough, which is why it is not always easy to read. This problem, although it does not make any negative impact on the gameplay, but may cause some inconvenience to the owners Nintendo Switch Lite or just for those with vision problems.

In turn, it is also worth noting the presence of game servers in Russia, which is why ping indicators are in the most comfortable zone for a pleasant game.
