Long-suffering Dead island 2 was announced back in 2014 at a media briefing Sony in the framework of the June exhibition E3 2014, but after that the publishers managed to change the developers several times. Originally planned to transfer the development of the game Techland (authors of the original Dead island and continuation Dead Island: Riptide), but the Polish studio eventually decided to switch to production Dying light. Thereafter Deep silver tried in vain to find another studio for the project. The creation of the action movie was first dealt with by the German Yager development (Spec Ops: The Line), and later the British team Sumo digital. But last August, the company THQ Nordic saidwhat kind of zombie shooter and the development of the entire series will now be responsible Dambuster studiosknown for Homefront: the revolution.

It will be even more interesting to look at the screenshots and videos that appeared from the leaked early build dating back to 2015, when the development of the zombie action movie was still in the hands of the German Yager. The images below are more reminiscent of a spin-off comic book style Escape From Dead Islandthan the original game.
