California resident Eric Estavillo sued Twitch lawsuit demanding compensation in the amount of 25 million dollars. The legal document states that due to the large number of “poorly dressed gamers”, a man suffering from sexual addiction injured his penis during violent acts of masturbation.
During the daily viewing of live broadcasts with attractive streamers, the Californian used for masturbation a sex toy called Flashlight, which led to severe rubbing of the penis. As a result, redness and wounds formed on the penis of the victim, through which infection eventually got into his body.
Moreover, the 56-page lawsuit mentions a case where the victim ejaculated directly onto the monitor of his computer, which led to a short circuit and a fire in the house.
Edition The post asked for comment on Twitch representatives, to which they said: “These statements are frivolous and have absolutely no value.”
Despite the seemingly absurd accusation, Eric Estavillo claims that he simply cannot find another hobby because of various diseases and phobias, including depression, agoraphobia, Crohn’s disease and OCD, as well as sexual addiction. For this reason, he has to spend all day on the Internet.
