Valve fixed a possible Steam crash for players with 25 thousand games – review addiction

This week Valve released another beta update Steam… The key was to fix a possible client crash for users who own about 25 thousand (or more) games.
According to the SteamDB site, so far only seven Steam users have a library of more than 20,000 games. Of these, only two are as close as possible to the mark of 25 thousand games – Sonix (24999) and dwight schrute (24020).
Steam hit 50,000 games earlier this year. This is 20 thousand more games than at the beginning of 2019. Moreover, in 2023 alone, more than 10 thousand games were released.
