Users report BSoD and CPU load after updating Windows 10

Microsoft has released a number of additional updates for Windows 10 versions as early as March 24th. Among them was patch KB4541335, which brings the build number to 18362.752 for 1903 and 18363.752 for 1909, respectively. The update also fixes some crashes in Your Phone and other applications.
Along with this, the update added a “blue screen of death” problem with the whea_uncorrectable_error error. A crash occurs when watching videos on YouTube using Google Chrome.
Another user complained about the increased load on the processor during battery charging.
The company has already stated that they are studying the problem, but it is not yet clear whether the patch will be.
Finally, there were complaints that after installing KB4541335 the window resizing, minimizing and maximizing functions may not work. This is manifested in desktop applications, such as Explorer, Control Panel and other things, as well as in universal programs from the Microsoft store.
At the moment, a complete solution is missing, you can only remove this update, since it is not required.
