Psychological horror authors The medium reported that the game will run in 4K resolution at 30 FPS on Xbox series x. Say, this will allow the Bloober Team to focus on the cinematic quality that The Medium gives the player.
When one of the fans asked the developers about the technical side of the horror, they answered the following:
“The game will run in 4K at 30 FPS. The decision to limit itself to 30 frames per second is the result of the game’s focus on the cinematic experience on the one hand and the player’s ability to be in two worlds rendered and rendered simultaneously on the other. ”
There was also a question about the release of the game on PS5, to which the Bloober Team replied:
“PC and Xbox Series X only. We’re not looking at other platforms at this time.”
All questions were asked to users in the comments under the video on YouTube, where the developers posted a fresh trailer for The Medium presented at yesterday’s Xbox Games Showcase presentation.
