The director considers his six episodes to be films of all time. The prequel trilogy shows how a democracy can turn into a dictatorship and a popular leader into a tyrant.
Lucas emphasized that there is no real discrimination in his version of the Star Wars universe, as aliens of a wide variety of shapes and colors coexist in it. Only the droids suffer from the infringement of their rights.
“We have not yet reached this period, I am sure that robots will be able to overcome prejudices, because they do not have the same feelings,” he said.
