There is a difference: New screenshots of the Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit remaster show more detailed locations

Company Electronic Arts shared a fresh selection of screenshots Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered… The published images show how much the updated Criterion Games race differs from the original in terms of visuals.

In order to clearly show all the difference in the graphics, the developers compared the remaster with the original version for PC, which ran at 1080p at maximum graphics settings

In addition to better textures and improved lighting, the updated Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit features more detailed environments: more trees, vegetation and other objects appeared in locations, including fences, road signs, bumpers, dumpsters and construction equipment standing on the side of the road.

Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered is coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC on Origin and Steam on November 6th. The Nintendo Switch version launches a week later on November 13th.
