There are practically no changes: the graphics of the remaster of Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit were compared to the original game of 2010

After yesterday’s announcement Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Remastered more gameplay and the first comparison of the graphics of the updated race appeared on the network Criterion Games

In their video, the authors of the YouTube channel CROWNED compared the computer version of the remaster with the original release for Xbox 360 and PC, however, it cannot be said that the re-release is somehow significantly different from the 2010 game. Of course, in terms of picture clarity, the version Hot pursuit for old console Microsoft, for obvious reasons, remains far behind, but as for the difference on the PC, there is practically no difference.

Among the most noticeable changes, one can single out, perhaps, the sky, on which more clouds and clouds have appeared, as well as corrected contrast: the picture in Hot pursuit remastered began to look a little lighter. Otherwise, everything remained the same, and some even worsened (like, for example, the rain effects at 6:44).
