Officially, nothing was reported about the project, but SEGA talked about plans to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the hero not only with novelties, but also with reprints – announcements and other surprises are expected before the end of the year.
Earlier, insiders reported that the publisher plans to make remakes of the first games in the series based on the engine Retro Christian Whitehead – on it was created a successful Sonic mania… Among other remasters, probably worth the wait Sonic Colors with Wii.
