The Russian film “Chernobyl: Abyss” with Danila Kozlovsky the first trailer horrified the audience

The first trailer of the future Russian film by Danila Kozlovsky appeared on the network, which was called “Chernobyl: the Abyss”

The first movie clip appeared on the YouTube channel of the Russian film company Central Partnership. According to Gamebomb.ru, in the first minute trailer “Chernobyl: Abyss” they briefly showed the consequences of the terrible accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant in 1986 and the work of rescuers. The video also showed some actors who star in the film. One of them is Danila Kozlovsky himself, who not only directs the picture “Chernobyl: the Abyss”, but also plays a central character in it.

The filmmakers note that “Chernobyl: the Abyss” will be the first large-scale Russian film that talks about the aftermath of the terrible accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. The plot will focus on people who, at the cost of their lives, were able to prevent a global catastrophe and the transformation of the European continent into an uninhabited desert. Danila Kozlovsky will play the role of a fireman Alexei, who, together with engineer Valera and military diver Boris, will go on a dangerous mission. They will descend to the very hell to prevent the terrible consequences of the disaster.

It is worth noting that network users have mixed reactions to the release of the first trailer of the film “Chernobyl: Abyss.” Some noted that the featured video already looks better than the planned NTV series Chernobyl. Others reported that special effects in Russian films finally began to look better. However, there were those who did not like the trailer “Chernobyl: Abyss”. “I’ll say right away that the film will be a failure,” one user said. In addition, some suggested that Russian filmmakers decided to shoot this picture only because of the success of HBO’s Chernobyl series.

According to Gamebomb.ru, the release of the film “Chernobyl: Abyss” is scheduled for October 8, 2023. In addition to Danila Kozlovsky, actors such as Oksana Akinshina, Philip Avdeev, Ravshana Kurkova, Nikolai Kozak and others also starred in it.
