On the Netflix the premiere of the first season of fantasy took place “Shadow and Bone”based on books Lee Bardugo.
The plot of the project tells about the fantastic country of Ravka, inspired by Tsarist Russia of the early 19th century. The country was divided into two parts due to the appearance of the mysterious Shady Canyon, where various monsters live and other dangers lurk. And outside of it, war reigns on the lands.
When the two main characters, Alina and Mal, pass through the gap, they realize that the girl has the ability to summon light – very valuable for many enemies who begin to hunt for her.
The showrunner of the project was Eric Heisserer (“Arrival”). A season of eight episodes is available with dubbing and Russian subtitles.
