Company Koei Tecmo, in cooperation with which the studio Atlus released a misou action movie Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers, published a report on the first quarter of the fiscal year (from April to May 2023). And in it she named the games planned for the future.
Among other things, the western release of Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers is also mentioned. Koei Tecmo itself is listed as a developer, and the game should appear in Europe and America on the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch. No release date has been announced.
Few doubted that Atlus and Koei Tecmo would sooner or later release Persona 5 Scramble in the West, especially after successful sales in Asia. But this is the first time that a Western release has been officially confirmed: earlier references could just as well refer to China and Korea.
Persona 5 Scramble launched on PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch in February 2023 in Japan and hit Asia and South Korea in June. Since its release, it has sold over 480,000 copies.
