It has long been rumored that Microsoft is preparing a second, cheaper version of the next-generation Xbox, codenamed Lockhart, which supposedly will offer support for most of the key features of Series X, but will be equipped with less powerful hardware.
The prefix has not yet been officially announced, but its mention has once again appeared on the network. This time, in the June version of the guide to working with Microsoft Game Development Kit. The document, in particular, mentions that the development kit can be used to create games that are eligible for certification and release on PCs with Windows 10, Xbox One, and Project Scarlett consoles. It also says that the Project Scarlett devite supports Anaconda and Lockhart modes.

According to unconfirmed information, the prefix will be officially presented in June at the presentation of games from Xbox Game Studios.
