In total, Famitsu magazine surveyed 132 industry figures, including the creator of Tekken Katsuhiro Harada, Vice President of PlatinumGames Hideki Kamiya and Producer of Final Fantasy Yoshinori Kitase… Several popular voice actors were also invited to vote.
Previously Ghost of Tsushima was admired by producer Yakuza Toshihiro Nagoshi… He was pleasantly surprised that such a high-quality AAA blockbuster about Japan could be created in the West.
“We should have done it first,” he said.
In the summer, Ghost of Tsushima became Sony’s most successful PlayStation 4 game in Japanese retail.
