July 19 Sony permanently reduced prices for a number of its games in Russian retail stores. Discs with The Last of Us Part II, Days gone and Death stranding began to cost in M.Video, Eldorado and other retail chains 2890 rubles instead of 4490. Ghost of Tsushima was a little less fortunate, but its cost also decreased – from 4490 to 3590 rubles…
From today the Last of Us Part II, Days Gone and Death Stranding fell in price in the Russian PS Store:
- The Last of Us Part II – 2849 rubles (was 4999);
- The Last of Us Part II (digital extended edition) – 3599 rubles (was 5099);
- Days Gone – 2849 rubles (it was 4999 rubles);
- Days Gone (digital extended edition) – 3599 rubles (was 5499);
- Death Stranding (digital extended edition) – 3599 rubles (was 5499).
The original PS4 editions of Death Stranding and Ghost of Tsushima have been discontinued due to the upcoming PS5 Director’s Cut.
Earlier in the Russian PlayStation Store, prices for games from third-party publishers, including releases from Bethesda Softworks, have been permanently reduced.
