The jungle’s name: Minecraft Dungeons will soon receive the first expansion, crossplay is promised to be added later

The first downloadable add-on for role-playing action Minecraft dungeons in the style of Diablo will be available in July. Jungle awakens will transfer players to the dangerous jungle, where for three missions they have to fight with “mysterious power.” During the passage you will get access to new weapons, armor and artifacts.

By the end of this year, developers promise to release a second DLC – Creeping winter. Details about it are still unknown.

Owners of the Hero Edition will automatically receive the DLC immediately at the time of release, thanks to the presence of a Hero Pass. Studio Mojang has not yet explained how it will implement additional content among those players who have not purchased Hero Edition, but promised to tell more about this later.

In addition, a free update is under development that will provide the project with support for cross-platform games.

Minecraft dungeons went on sale May 27 at Playstation 4, Xbox one, Nintendo switch and PC.
