The outrage was caused by the famous tweets of Elon Musk, which had a catastrophic effect on the bitcoin rate. At first he statedthat cryptocurrency is too expensive for the environment, and because of this Tesla stops selling cars with Bitcoin. After that, the bitcoin rate fell by 15%.
Musk recently posted new tweet, with bitcoin icon and broken heart. This caused a new fall in the cryptocurrency rate, this time “only” by 6%.
The video claims that Musk manipulates the cryptocurrency market in similar ways. And Tesla, heavily funded by government subsidies, made more money in a few months on bitcoins than it did by selling cars in a few years.
However, the channel on which the accusatory video was published is not the main one for the famous hacker group: since 2015, only three videos have been posted there. Main Twitter account of the group denies her involvement in the video, as well as the account BscAnon… However, YourAnonCentral claims that Anonymous did this.
Probably, over the years of its existence, the group has grown so much that it automatically broke up into factions, which are not always aware of what their colleagues are doing.
