French publisher Microids announced another remaster of the game about Asterix and Obelix – this time they will update the original Asterix & Obelix XXL… This will happen on October 22.
A couple of years ago, the second part of the series was updated, and a year ago a full third was released. Only the first part remained unavailable on current platforms, so the publisher decided to take on it as well.
IN Asterix & Obelix XXL Romastered will allow you to switch between old and modern graphics, add two new game modes, update gameplay, as well as redesign the camera and introduce fresh animations. At the same time, the voice acting was left the same.
The release will take place on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC.
So far, the developers have shown only the logo – the “romaster” itself has not yet had time
