Channel Showtime published the first teaser of the new season “Dexter”, the release of which should take place in the fall.
In a short video they demonstrate an ax, and in the background the main character says:
There is nothing better than returning to nature. My nature.

The setting in the video also reminds of the series finale, where the character found himself in a hut in the woods. The fresh season will just continue these events – the story unfolds 10 years later, when the hero lives under an assumed name away from Miami.
The showrunner of the original project is responsible for the scenario of the continuation. Clyde Phillips, who promised to give the series a “new ending”.
