Independent New Zealand Studios Oddboy and M-Theory preparing to release the first episode of their VR adventure Wanderer… It is created with the support of Playstation and will be available on PS VR, Steam VR and Oculus in Q3 2023.
The main character of Wanderer will be Escher Neumann, who must save humanity according to the behests of his grandfather. And the mysterious device Samuel will help in this, allowing you to travel in time and space: the authors were inspired by the series “Dark“And”Quantum leap“.
In search of a clue to what is happening, we have to visit the Woodstock Festival and Boston in 2061, help Tesla build the first wireless telecommunications tower, save the Mayan tribes, get to the Sea of Tranquility, to the site of the Apollo 11 mission and to Germany in 1945.
There are three episodes planned for Wanderer. Nothing is known about their timing yet: this is the first experience of Oddboy and M-Theory in virtual reality games.
