Respawn announced that the fifth season Apex legends will begin on May 12th. Initially, it was supposed to start on May 5, but the authors decided to extend the fourth season for a week to give the player more time to receive awards for his combat pass.
The developers also said that on April 28 in the game there will be a new temporary mode called Battle Armor. The event will take place on the map “End of the World” and will last two weeks.
During the event, players will have access to only one type of armor, which will periodically change. At the same time, gamers will land on the card already with this shield and P2020 pistol. In addition, the rest of the armor will be removed from the map, but they will leave cells and batteries for the shield.
Available types of armor will change according to the following schedule:
- level 1 (white shield) – from April 28, 20:00 Moscow time to May 2, 20:00 Moscow time;
- level 2 (blue shield) – from May 2, 20:01 Moscow time to May 6, 20:00 Moscow time;
- level 3 (purple shield) – from May 6, 20:01 Moscow time to May 9, 20:00 Moscow time;
- EVO-shield – from May 9, 20:01 Moscow time to May 12, 20:00 Moscow time.
