Company Garena announced that the esports league Free Fire Pro League CIS set a new record. In the first open qualifications for Free fire attended by 150 thousand players. This is the largest number for esports events in the CIS.

As for the Free Fire battle royale, it turned out to be the most downloaded mobile game in 2019. They gave in to her Fortnite and PUBG, but it should be borne in mind that data from individual launchers were not included in the calculation.

The first main stage of the Free Fire Pro League CIS will start on Saturday, July 25th. Until August 16, the best teams will fight for places in the second main stage, where the participants of the Grand Final will be determined. The winner will receive not only the title of champion of the CIS, but also a share of the prize fund of $ 30,000.
