Company 4A games showed on the first frames the continuation of the shooter Metro: Exodus (Metro: Exodus) with the name Sam’s Story (History of Sam) destroyed Vladivostok and announced the release date.
Continuation of the shooter Metro: Exodus finally got the release date and first screenshots, Gamebomb.ru reports. The 4A Games development company has officially set the release date for the latest expansion to the game, called Sam’s Story. PS4, PC, Xbox One, and Stadia users will be able to travel again in post-apocalyptic Russia on February 11th. The main character, as the name of the add-on implies, will not be Artem, but the only American in the Sparta squad named Sam. He will go to the destroyed Vladivostok. The city was shown in the first screenshots.
According to the plot of Metro: Exodus – Sam’s Story, Sam dreamed for many years to return to his homeland, Gamebomb.ru reports. While he lived in the tunnels of the Moscow metro, the American could not even imagine that someone in the United States had survived and he would have a chance to go home. After the events of Metro: Exodus, he realized that not only Moscow had survived. Survivors were found in different regions of Russia. This means that there can be people in the USA. Sam hopes that his father is alive, so he goes to another continent. He leaves the Spartans and their Aurora and one leaves for Vladivostok. In a ruined city, he is trying to survive and find a way to cross the ocean.
Metro: Exodus – Sam’s Story will be released February 11, 2023 on PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Stadia. This is the latest plot addition to the shooter. While the developers did not say what awaits the franchise after the release of the chapter on Sam’s adventures.
