Back in August Disney announced that the seventh and final season of the animated series “Star Wars: The Clone Wars“Will begin in February, but thanks to fresh advertising, the exact date of the premiere became known on February 17th.
The show will appear on Disney +, but the format of the release remains unknown: most likely, like “Mandalorian”, The series will be released on a weekly basis.
The Clone Wars is an animated series set betweenAttack of the Clones“And”Revenge of the Sith“.
The creator of the project, Dave Filoni, is considered the protégé of George Lucas, and the show itself perfectly shows from the right angle many elements of the prequels, including Anakin’s transition to the dark side and the general condition of the universe at the time of the events.
The first five seasons were released on Cartoon Network, and the sixth was published on Netflix. The series was closed, although its authors did not have time to complete all the storylines.
