Studio Obsidian entertainment held as part of the exhibition PAX East 2023 panel, which showed the first gameplay Grounded – An adventure game about four teenagers reduced to the size of an ant. The project focuses on the joint study of the microworld and survival in it.
In the demo shown, you can evaluate gathering, crafting, building fortifications and fighting insects, and the game, as it turns out, supports the ability to switch the camera from first to third person. Closer to the middle of the video, players descend into the mole tunnels, where they encounter a huge spider. Events of this particular fragment unfold in the backyard of the house, but there will be other locations.

The project starts in early access this spring and will be gradually supplemented and improved in accordance with community feedback. Grounded will leave in a full release tentatively in 2023.
