Anyone who owns a PlayStation 4 or Xbox One game will receive a free upgrade to nextgen. However, owners of physical copies will need the disc version of the PlayStation 5 or Xbox Series X, respectively.
The game will receive support for crossplay and transfer of saves between generations, but not between platforms. Backgene versions of the game, including PS4 or Xbox One versions launched under backward compatibility, will receive higher frame rates and faster downloads. Native versions for PS5 and Xbox Series will load even faster.
On the nextgen, players will see various graphics improvements, including high-resolution textures (not available on Xbox Series S), SSR reflections, an improved shading model, improved anisotropic texture filtering, and more.
Finally, performance:

- performance mode – 1080p @ 60 FPS
- 4K mode – checkerboard 4K @ 30 FPS
Native PS5 version
