Last week players Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War on PC began to complain about undeserved bans, which they received in the “Zombie” mode, having held out a fairly large number of rounds.
Players received a message with the Sail 630 Nuclear Bug error, which forced them to return to the main menu. However, some players, after the error appeared, found themselves banned from the game.
Now the studio’s community manager Treyarch reported that recent bans were scrapped and canceled unless additional signs of foul play were noticed. According to him, the error appeared instead of the standard message about the loss of communication with the servers.
However, the community manager could not explain how the players got undeserved bans, although the developers previously said that all bans are considered by the security team before being issued.
