The Apocalypse – Heart of the Forest – review

During the presentation Future games show publishing house Walkabout Games showed a teaser for a new game in the setting of the World of Darkness. And now has released an official trailer Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Heart of the Forest, and at the same time told more details about the project.

In Werewolf: The Apocalypse – Heart of the Forest, we can learn the long-forgotten secrets of Belovezhskaya Pushcha. We will go there as Maya, a modern girl who is trying to find out the history of her kind. And he stumbles upon the terrible secrets that the forest keeps.

The authors of the game promise a plot in which legends and the true history of the Polish-Belarusian thicket are intertwined. They cite as sources of inspiration the work of contemporary Kenyan artist Wongechi Mutu, Elke Trittel and Dave McKean, who illustrated a number of Neil Gaiman’s books.

While traveling through Belovezhskaya Pushcha, Maya has to make a choice every now and then. And its results will affect three parameters: health, willpower and rage. And their combination will determine which paths will open for the girl and which will become inaccessible. And in the end, we find out what kind of werewolf Maya turns out to be – it seems that this is not a spoiler.
