Last night company Electronic arts officially introduced the football simulator FIFA 21. Soon pre-orders were opened, and the situation with the worst forecast for prices at Playstation store confirmed: for the standard edition for Playstation 4 asking 4,899 rubles. This is the second game of the publisher after Madden NFL 21, which is offered for such an amount, and the third in the Russian PlayStation Store is more expensive than 4,500 rubles. We previously said that Desperados III was priced at 4,599 rubles.
Apparently, 4,899 rubles will become the new standard price for all major subsequent Electronic Arts games in the Russian PlayStation Store (which are sold for $ 60 and 60-70 euros in the US and European markets, respectively).
For comparison, the basic version of FIFA 20 for the PlayStation 4 at the start in Russia cost 3.999 rubles.
Earlier, Electronic Arts declined to comment on the rise in prices for its games in Russia.. THQ Nordic did the same, requesting 4,599 rubles for Desperados III. The situation also could not explain Sony.
