In the future, Warner is going to release about 20 films a year, with 10 to 12 of them immediately for HBO Max. The rest will be released in a traditional format.
And just among the contenders for the release for the streaming service, the “Beetle” was mentioned. Earlier, by the way, it became known that the same will go there “Batgirl”… Pictures for the service will have an “average” budget compared to full-fledged movie releases.
The Blue Beetle story will be directed by Angel Manuel Sot, the story will be based on the third version of the hero – Jamie Reyes… The character gets his powers thanks to the Blue Scarab, with which he also learns to create unusual weapons and shields.
The exact date of the premiere of the film is not yet available.
