This month State of Decay 2 turns two years old. In honor of this event, developers from the studio Undead labs released a major update, and also created a set of content with items on the history of the game.
The birthday set includes:
- 8 new types of weapons, including 2 types of heavy weapons;
- 4 items of clothing;
- headdress;
- car;
- tabletop stove “Birthday”, allowing to make fire “holiday cakes”.
In addition, this month the list of deleted content will be replenished with the Extreme Situation set, and in June the Trumball Valley set will give way to new items.
The authors remind that after deleting a set, all previously purchased items will remain with the owners, but it will no longer be possible to buy items from deleted sets, as well as continuing to execute incomplete orders from these sets.
Finally, the developers fixed several bugs and made a number of improvements to State of Decay 2.
- The speed of reloading firearms, as well as refueling and car repairs, has been increased.
- The system of battles with juggernauts has been improved. This time, the changes affected edged weapons.
- Improved behavior of satellites running AI in battle.
- New favorable events in the community. They are held by characters with high morale.
- The pace of completing tasks has become less stressful, the factor of randomness has been reduced.
