If we put aside all the rumors and speculation, we still know little about the second part of Final Fantasy VII Remake, however, recently Square Enix, at least, confirmed that the recent delay in the game did not affect the development of a new episode.
In January, the company postponed the release Final Fantasy VII Remake from March 3 to April 10thIn this connection, at a recent Square Enix financial briefing, the question was raised as to whether this will affect the production schedule or the release dates of the second part of the remake. According to the president of the company Yosuke Matsuda, nothing threatens the game.
Last fall, head of remake development Tetsuya Nomura confirmed that the second episode of the updated Final Fantasy VII is already in production and intends to exceed fans’ expectations.
