In the latest release Weekly Famitsu producer Bravely default Tomoya Asano stated that the series has a pretty bright future ahead of him. Development Bravely default 3 not confirmed yet, but Square enix is positive and, apparently, not against the sequel.
According to Asano, a good reaction from fans to Bravely default 2 gave developers hope that they would be able to repeat their success. However, now everything is still at the planning stage, so it will take 3-4 years to wait.
According to Famitsu, Bravely Default 2 has reached a million copies in sales – a great result for an old-school RPG. And more recently, she went to Steam, where now the game can be bought for 2249 rubles.
