Studio Failbetter Games announced the release dates of the improved reissue of the adventure movie Sunless Skies: Sovereign Edition… The game launches on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC on May 19. Those who have already bought the game in Steam and GOGwill be able to upgrade to the Sovereign Edition for free.
The Sovereign Edition includes all the add-ons that have been released since Sunless Skies. Players will be able to continue to develop and improve the abilities of the captains even after they reach the maximum level.
For the re-release and console versions, the studio has developed a hunger mechanic: now, in desperate situations, it will be possible to resort to desperate measures. The game interface has been improved and the captains have a richer past.
