Sony didn’t let McDonald’s release its own DualSense

McDonald’s Australia celebrates its 50th anniversary. In honor of this, the world’s largest fast food chain is running contests with local streamers. During the week, viewers will be able to connect to one of the channels and watch how Muselk, Jacko G, X2Twins and others play Overwatch, Minecraft, FIFA 21, Night in the Woods, Mario Kart and World of Warcraft.

As gifts McDonald’s prepared 50 DualSense controllers, painted in the style of the web. The celebration was supposed to start on Sunday, but at the last moment the gifts were replaced with hoodies and subscriptions to streamer channels.

“Sony has not authorized the use of its controller in promotional material associated with the proposed Stream Week event,” the Australians said. “We apologize for the inconvenience caused. McDonald’s 50th Anniversary Celebration has been postponed and there will be no PlayStation 5 DualSense raffles. ”

You don’t have to live in Australia to win DualSense. GameMAG has launched a new competition for the site’s readers, in which a line of official accessories for the next generation console is raffled off: the DualSense controller, the Media Remote and the PULSE 3D wireless headset.
