Sony can’t say if God of War: Ragnarok will be a PlayStation 5 exclusive

The Telegraph has published the second part of the interview with the President and CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment Jim Ryan

One of the questions that was asked to the head of PlayStation during the conversation related to the upcoming releases of the company, namely the continuation God of warJournalists directly asked him if the game would be a PS5 exclusive, but Ryan avoided answering, noting only that now he had nothing to say about this

Telegraph: “Can you confirm that [анонсированный ранее] Will God of War: Ragnarok be a PS5 exclusive? “

Ryan: “Sorry, but today I have nothing to say about this.”

The new part of God of War was announced in September at the presentation of the PlayStation 5, but the developers kept silent whether the project would be released only on the new console, or whether it would be a crossgen title. The second option is quite acceptable, given that Sony is going to support Playstation 4 at least a few more years. Some starting PS5 exclusives were released including the last generation, and the upcoming Horizon: Forbidden West already officially confirmed for release on both consoles at once.
