Netflix and Legendary started creating a film adaptation of the franchise Gundam – the director of the tape is Jordan Vot-Roberts (“Kong: Skull Island”).
Brian K. Vaughn (“Y. The last man “), although the details of the plot are kept secret. The tape will be released exclusively on Netflix, and in China the film will be shown in films by the same Legendary. The project has no premiere date either.
Whether the action of the picture will unfold during the time of the original anime or not is unclear. The universe itself, among other things, tells about a war in the future between the colony of the Earth and the direct inhabitants of the planet – huge combat robots are involved in the confrontation.
The franchise itself was born in 1979 and continues to be active to this day. Vot-Roberts himself is also responsible for the development of the film adaptation Metal gear solid…
