Company Bethesdathat canceled a physical festival earlier this year QuakeCon 2023 in connection with the spread of coronavirus, decided to transfer the event online and announced Quakecon at home. The event will take place on August 7-9.
Developers from Bethesda Studios will hold a series of livestream news, organize tournaments, arrange fundraising for charity and reveal “some interesting secrets.” Usually on QuakeCon they show trailers of the expected games and even announce new ones.
“Expect details in the coming weeks,” a Bethesda report said.
Of the new games, Bethesda is now focusing on DEATHLOOP from the creators of Dishonored and GhostWire: Tokyo by The Evil Within developers. Both should become PlayStation 5 temporary console exclusives.
