Screams and dragons in The Elder Scrolls: Legends Heroes of Skyrim

The community is growing well, despite the competition is very strong (all Hearthstone), and the guys of Dire Wolf Digital have decided to press on the accelerator a little more than three months after the game and two from the release of the adventure ( which already introduced some new cards),

adding further content. In the world of collectable card games, it is well known that in order not to make the metagame stagnate and, consequently, diminish interest in the game it is necessary to introduce new cards

and with them new mechanics, at risk of creating combinations that are too strong and of having to make subsequent changes. In this article we will highlight the best cards for each attribute (to remember the rules of the basic game and the colors of the cards we refer to our review) and explain both the main innovations introduced at the mechanic level and the new types of cards that, speaking Skyrim, can not miss: you got it right, we are talking about dragons!

THE DESTRUCTIVE SCREAM

Whoever played The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim perfectly remembers the satisfaction you had when you were learning and using a new scream (remember the one obtained after the climb of the “7000 steps” of High Hrothgar?) And, in The Elder Scrolls: Legends Heroes of Skyrim, this feature was introduced in the gameplay with the creation of a new type of paper: the Scream

.It is an action (hence the counterpart of a spell in Hearthstone) that has three levels and, after each use, increases the level of all the screams remaining in the deck. The cost of all the screams is 3 magicka (the mana of The Elder Scrolls: Legends), except that of the Resistance (purple) that costs 2 and that of Agility (green) that costs 1. At this point let’s examine them in detail .

You have already understood that there is one for each color and that then you will have at most 6 in the deck, since you can not make decks by combining more than two attributes. Ineffectable force is the scream of the Force (red) and, at the basic level, it counter-evokes (it resumes in hand) an enemy creature with strength equal to or less than 3,

Intelligence (blue) has been assigned the Fire Breath which inflicts, in the three levels, 2, 4 and 10 damage to an enemy creature respectively; for Agility the scream is called Drain Vitality and costs only 1 magicka assigning, base, -1 / -1 to an enemy creature: its subsequent levels increase the malus to -2 / -2 for the second and -2 / -2 for the third and most powerful level. Last we voluntarily left the screams of Will and Resistance because, in our opinion and judging by how much game they are finding in the arena and in competitive decks, they are the best of expansion.

The Cry of Value is the Scream of Will (yellow) and, if at level 1 it evokes a creature 3/3 (3 mana 3/3 is already a base card), on the second and third levels, he respectively summons two 3/3 servers and fills a row of 3/3 servers (which for 3 mana is really a super deal).

Soul Torn is the Scream of Resistance and at base level picks up a creature of your choice from your graveyard, the second and the third level, in addition to retain this feature, enhance the creature chosen by + 2 / + 2 and +5/5 . Considering also that one of the legendary new violets is the Skeletal Dragon, which for 8 mana is 5/5 with Guardia (the Hearthstone taunt),

when it is summoned it gives + 2 / + 2 to all the creatures that have ended up in your graveyard and when dies he puts a random one in his hand, we let you imagine how
