Apparently, the release of the updated single player campaign Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 will be held very soon. Insider shared some new information about the upcoming remaster TheGamingRevolutionknown for publishing true leaks on Call of Duty games. Not so long ago, he already leaked information about Call of duty warzone and Modern Warfare 2 Remastered prior to their official presentations.
An insider posted a new video on his YouTube channel in which he shared information about the updated Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 campaign.
According to him, as in the case of Modern Warfare 2 Remastered, the updated version of MW3 will initially offer gamers only single player mode. Both games were supposed to be released in 2018, but, presumably, a delay in the release caused shooting in Dallas. Multiplayer Modern Warfare 2 has also been updated, but Activision, apparently, did not want to share the player base and decided so far to confine itself to the release of a single player campaign.
Remaster Modern Warfare 2 received a monthly exclusivity on the PS4 platform and, most likely, we will see the same thing in the case of the updated MW3. According to an insider, the exclusive deal between Activision and Sony dates back to 2016, but despite the fact that it was planned to release both games two years ago, Activision respected the agreement with the Japanese platform holder.
The timing of the release of the updated single-player campaign MW3 is not known to him, but since the MW2 remaster, as reported, has shown its best side, you will definitely not have to wait long.
Original Call of Duty: MW3 was released in November 2011 on PCs and consoles of the last generation.
