Roskino announced its intention to create a new online portal with a database of Russian projects and information about the industry.
The project that was dubbed “Russian IMDb”, is designed for foreign partners – they will be able to find out information about potential cooperation, details of compensation for part of the cost of filming in Russia, as well as other similar information.
The portal will also host a database of domestic content, which, it seems, can also be tracked in detail. In addition, it will be possible to find out detailed information about actors, directors, producers and other industry figures – also with an eye to further cooperation.
At the same time, the launch date of the platform was not announced.
