Respawn Staff: There are two people in charge of Titanfall tech support

For technical support of the shooter Titanfall in a studio Respawn only a couple of employees are responsible, since the main forces of the team are thrown into development Apex legends… This was stated by the community coordinator in the studio. Jason Garza

In early July, hackers hacked Apex Legends, which prevented players from choosing any of the modes. Interestingly, the attackers tried to draw attention to the situation around the franchise. Titanfall, which is in a deplorable state.

In principle, it is impossible to play the first part on PC due to the actions of a hacker John Yuflooding the server with bots. However, EA continues to sell Titanfall, although the shooter does not have solo modes. In recent months, attacks on Titanfall 2, and streamers become victims.

Presumably, the problems are related to vulnerabilities in the matchmaking system Stryder… However, Respawn officials ignore the players’ questions, which causes a lot of discontent.

At the end of June, Jason Garza posted a video in which he commented on the Titanfall support issue. He claims that the studio has not forgotten about the fans of the shooter, but it allegedly cannot communicate each of its steps.

“We only have one or two people because everyone else is on Apex, so don’t be discouraged. This is what we’re working on, it just takes time, you can’t just click a button and magically fix it.” Garza declared.

However, the comment from a Respawn employee only confirms all player fears that EA is dedicating minimal resources to Titanfall. It cannot be undone that a large team does not help solve problems in Apex Legends.

The fact is that hackers now manage to sabotage the holding of eSports tournaments. And a cheater under a nickname Tufi became a real legend, demonstrating the incompetence of Respawn’s security systems.

He also blackmails top streamers into fulfilling his demands during ranked matches. Tufi himself claims that many top players use third-party software to improve their results, but there is nothing EA can do about it.
