In a recent report for the past fiscal year Capcom updated the sales information of its most popular franchises, indicating that the games in the series Resident evil dispersed for all time with a total circulation of 98 million copies.
The figure is current as of March 31 and does not include a remake Resident evil 3released on April 3. The updated horror started already in the new fiscal year, so it was not taken into account when drawing up the total sales of the series. At the same time, in the plans voiced immediately after the annual report for the company for 2023-2023 the fiscal year Capcom reported that Resident Evil 3 Remake’s total sales to date have reached 2.5 million copies.

Recently, the Capcom horror franchise is feeling better than ever and is rumored to be getting ready for another game early next year.
