Punishment from Gabe: toxic foul language will lose their voice in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive

Company Valve is developing a new system to combat “toxic behavior”, which will affect the voice chat in the game Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. This was told by the development team.

The game has already implemented a function to combat inappropriate behavior and insults, but the updated version will work more clearly.

If a person will be complained more often than usual, he will receive a warning. Ignoring notifications will cause the player’s voice to be muffled by default for everyone else.

The punishment will drop after gaining the necessary amount of experience, and if necessary, other players can enable voice communication with the intruder. Therefore, team play should not suffer.
