The new Ammopoints Ammo Converter can be obtained already at the first stages of the seasonal pass, and its purpose looks promising: players can “exchange” unnecessary ammunition for points and then spend them on the necessary cartridges. The problem is how this was implemented.
The operation of the converter can be seen in the video of one of the players. We omit the many bugs that he encountered in trying to start the converter, but here is how it works. The player opens a terminal in which you must first select the desired operation, and then – the desired type of cartridges from a long catalog.
The task is complicated by the fact that each time you can choose only a small portion of cartridges for exchange, and the maximum number of points is limited to 2000. This is not scary for beginners, but old-timers have long gathered an arsenal of thousands of rounds, so it will take hours to process them.
