Patriot announced sales of solid state drives P300. This is an NVMe SSD with an M.2 interface, the capacity is from 256 GB to 1 TB. As noted, the new drives support the PCIe Gen3 x4 protocol and provide high-speed data transfer. The numbers indicate a bandwidth of up to 2100 MB / s and 1650 MB / s for reading and writing.
