Chinese studio Game science updated the official website of its action role-playing game Black Myth: WuKongby adding a lot of screenshots and art.
After the release of a new gameplay trailer, which marked the transition of the game from Unreal Engine 4 to the fifth version of the engine, the authors posted a series of concepts showing monsters and the environment, as well as a lot of screenshots and other images showing intricate man-made structures and photorealistic locations.
Black Myth: WuKong was announced last August and immediately made a splash with its impressive gameplay demo reminiscent of a mix God of war, Sekiro: Shadow Die Twice and Monster Hunter: World… The project is based on the Chinese novel “Journey to the West”. The main character is Sun Wukong, also known as the Monkey King. One of his abilities is the ability to transform into other creatures.
The game is being created for PC and all major consoles. The release is aimed at 2023.
